Graham Cracker Fruit Pizza
I would consider this a life hack. If you love fruit pizza like I do, but don’t love making it, this recipe is for you. This method is great because you can prep it ahead of time and make one a day for the next week (or two, I'm not here to judge). LOL. Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
Graham crackers
5-7 strawberries, roughly chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Blender or food processor
Fruit and berries, for garnish
Step 1: Add strawberries, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar to the food processor or blender. Combine until smooth.
Step 2: Slice fruit topping. Sometimes I use kiwis and strawberries. I also like berries that I can just wash and throw on quickly. There is no right or wrong way! Really any fruit will taste delish.
Step 3: Grab a graham cracker and spread strawberry cream cheese mixture onto it.
Step 4: Top with fruit and ENJOY!!!
I like to prep this ahead of time and store the ingredients in the fridge. It’s great for a quick and luxurious snack.
I was so happy when we discovered this. It’s also great for the kids – they think it’s a such a fun and yummy treat!
