Three-Step Crockpot Pork Tacos
These Crockpot pork tacos are the bomb dotcom. My sister made these for a party, and they were an instant hit. I have friends that went to the party and still talk about these pork tacos four years later!
Ingredients:
2 pork loins
2 jars of Herdez Green Sauce
1 packet of ranch seasoning
Corn Tortillas
Garnish:
Avocado
Cilantro
Cheese
Sour cream
Mild Taco Bell sauce (my personal favorite)
Step 1:
Add pork loins, green sauce and ranch packet to Crockpot. Cook 6-8 hours on low, or 4-5 hours on high. If cooking on high, check often to prevent burning. If the meat is frozen, aim for 6-8 hours.
Step 2:
Once the meat is tender and perfect, shred and add (juice too) to a frying pan to crisp it up a bit!
Step 3:
Fry corn tortillas. Add a little oil to a pan and bring to high heat, then place a corn tortilla in and flip to your liking.
Step 4:
Build your taco and garnish to your liking. Honestly these are so good, I would devour them without any garnish at all.
These are a great crock pot meal, and perfect for when you need to feed a crowd! Everyone loves taco bars.
I hope y’all are surviving out here. I can’t wait for spring and all that comes with it. Let’s thrive together this spring!
Love you forever.
Always and Whatever
