Simple Orange Chicken
This simple orange chicken dish is delicious, and it always makes me feel so proud. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser! The mouthwatering three-ingredient sauce will give you that perfect orange chicken flavor you are craving.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
Oil, for frying
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
White rice, cooked
Step one: Make the sauce. Add BBQ, orange marmalade and teriyaki to a saucepan. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes and set aside.
Note: If you want to add a little spice, you can add red chili flakes to your sauce.
Step two: Beat eggs in one bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together corn starch and flour.
Step three: Dip each piece of cubed chicken first in egg, then into flour mixture.
Step four: Heat about 1/8” or more of oil in your skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Step five: Once all chicken is cooked, transfer to a large bowl. Add orange sauce and toss to coat. Serve over white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
