Three Refreshing Mocktail Recipes

I’m a party girl at heart. There’s nothing I love more than a fancy drink, but I just can’t hang. I want to, but I can’t. Hangovers are for the birds. And let’s be real, if I did drink, I’d be talking everyone into getting matching tattoos or jumping off a bridge together. >_<

Side note: You can add liquor to any of these yummy mocktail recipes and they would/do still taste amazing!

This first one is my favorite. I have the ingredients at all times. I drink them often. It hits just right.

1. Mocktail Mule

This tastes best in a copper mug. Let’s be real, it just sets the mood. Crushed ice is best, but cubed works too.

Ingredients:

Simply Limeade
Ginger beer
Fresh mint
Lime (optional)

Fever-Tree Ginger Beer is my absolute favorite.

Fill copper mug to the top with crushed ice. Pour mug 2/3 full with limeade. Throw in a handful of mint and muddle with straw. Top off with ginger beer. To finish, squeeze a lime on top and throw it in, along with more mint. The more mint the merrier!

If you need a little turn up juice, this drink is best with vodka or tequila.

2. Topo Lemonade Spritzer

This is a very light and refreshing drink, served in a wine glass (classy AF)

Ingredients:

Simply Lemonade
Topo Chico Twist of Lime
Fresh lemons (optional)

Fill wine glass to the top with ice. Pour equal parts lemonade and Topo Chico over crushed ice. Add lemon slices for fun.

This recipe would be great with vodka or gin.

3. Frozen Strawberry Mint Limeade

This is another one of my favorite summer mocktails. Especially in the heat, it’s so refreshing! It’s perfect for summer picnics. I like to put it in my Hydroflask and bring along fun, picnic friendly glasses.
