Homemade Ranch Dressing
To say I like ranch is understatement. I know which restaurants have the best, and at certain places I avoid the ranch altogether if it’s not up to my standards. I’m a saucy gal.
This quick and easy homemade ranch dressing recipe is so freaking good. I dare you to try – you won’t be sorry!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk
3/4-1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper
1-3 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)
Lol, I know it seems like a lot of different ingredients to measure! But once you make it a couple times, you’ll be able to eyeball it.
Step 1:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and milk until smooth.
Step 2:
Add the dill, parsley, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
Step 3:
Add the fresh lemon juice and whisk again.
Last, pour into a jar and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. This dressing will keep nicely in the fridge for about week!
Use this yummy homemade ranch dressing on salads, veggies, pizza, and of course ANYTHING fried...the list goes on. When I dip, you dip, we dip?
Alright alright, I’m done. Have the best day!
Always and Whatever
