Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

 This parmesan roasted potato recipe is one of my favorite side dishes. It’s super easy and a real CROWD PLEASER. All caps because we never have leftovers! 

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 russet potatoes, cubed (I usually make 1 potato per person)

  • 1 stick of butter

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2-1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

You’ll use a cake pan or casserole dish to bake these.

PS: Everything tastes better shaped like hearts or stars. This dish is so easy that I can get a little creative and cut a few hearts and stars to add to the mix. The kids love it! 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 

Step 1: Cube potatoes and add them to dish.

Step 2: Slice butter into tbsps. and place them on top of the potatoes, spaced evenly throughout the dish. 

Step 3: Spread the minced garlic on top.

Step 4: Evenly distribute lemon juice over everything. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5: Bake for 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and top with parmesan cheese. Place back in oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 

Step 6: ENJOY. Just typing this up made me drool.
