Orange Ginger Hangover Smoothie
I know they say the cure to a hangover is not to get one in the first place, but sometimes we gotta let loose a little. I’m not here to judge you for the extra 2 (or 5) drinks! ;)
This smoothie is the ultimate hydrator, while also calming your stomach. Trust me – this thing will make you feel alive again. Hydration to tackle that headache, a boost of potassium to replenish electrolytes, and ginger for nausea!
Here’s what you need to cure that hangover:
2 scoops of Touchstone Essentials Vanilla Organic Super Protein
1 large navel orange
1 banana
1 cup frozen mango
Organic coconut water
1-2 tablespoons of organic minced ginger
