Frozen Lemonade Pie
Okay, let me just start by saying key lime anything is my favorite. But I’ve never actually made a key lime pie because it sounds intimidating, haha! This frozen lemonade pie recipe is super easy and cures my key lime cravings.
Let me just blow your mind real quick. This is the easiest pie ever.
Pucker up!
You’ll need:
6 oz frozen lemonade
8 oz Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Graham cracker crust (store bought)
Step 1: Mix frozen lemonade, Cool Whip and condensed milk together until smooth (no lumps).
Step 2: Pour into crust.
Step 3. Freeze.
THAT’S IT. All your tart dreams just came true. I hope you enjoy!
Pro tip: If your local grocery store has the ready-to-go mini graham cracker crusts, ALWAYS get those. Mini tarts are the best! You’ll have a lot of mixture left over. I usually put it in a glass bowl and eat it like ice cream. HAHA sorry, are you grossed out? I kind of am :)
