Easy Goulash

YUM

Y’all, Chris calls this my “boujee hamburger helper” recipe, and I’m not even mad. I’m just going to start out by saying this is not a gourmet meal. This is comfort food for all ages! Plus, there are always leftovers. This is an easy and delicious recipe to work into your weekly dinner rotation.

I’d like to add that I don’t think that anyone really knows what “goulash” is. I’ve never met anyone with the same goulash recipe.

Okay, let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey or beef

  • 16 oz. elbow pasta

  • Large can of Hunt’s Traditional Pasta Sauce

  • 16 oz. can of tomato sauce

  • Can of petite diced tomatoes

  • Can of ranch-style beans

  • Cheese for garnish (optional)

I usually serve this recipe with a light salad and garlic bread.

Step 1: Brown the ground meat and cook the pasta, following instructions on the box.

Step 2: Add all ingredients (including their juices) to a large pot over medium heat and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to come to temperature.

Guess what? That’s it. You’re welcome. Haha!

Your toddler, partner, mom and grandpa will all LOVE this goulash recipe. If they don’t, you can bring it to my house because it’s a crowd-pleaser over here.

Wow, this summer has FLOWN by! I’m trying to slow down for the next couple days and take it all in. I hope you do the same.

Stay cool friends!

Always and Whatever
