No Bake Oreo Cream Pie

YUM

This easy no bake Oreo cream pie is creamy and dreamy. Chris and I both have a major sweet tooth, and this pie does the trick every time.

You’ll need:

  • Oreo cookies (family size package)

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 cup powder sugar

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 2 cups whipped topping

Step 1: Make the crust. Grab 25 Oreos and throw them in the food processor to finely chop. You can also put them in a plastic zipper bag and crush them. Then add the 6 tbsp melted butter to make the crust. Pour the mixture into pie pan and press down, evenly covering the bottom and sides of the pan. Place the crust in the fridge while you make the filling.

You can buy store bought chocolate pie crusts if you want to skip this step.

Now onto the creamy goodness!

Step 2: Cut cream cheese into cubes. Using a mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Step 3: Fold in the whipped topping.

Step 4: Roughly chop 10 more Oreos. Add them to the mixture.

Step 5: Once everything is mixed evenly, pour into cooled pie crust. Place pie back into the fridge to chill for an hour or longer.

Step 6 (optional): Use whipped cream to add dollops for each slice and add a half Oreo on top for a cute presentation. It looks best if you add the whipped cream right before you serve the pie.

YAY! This pie is so freaking good and hits my Oreo craving, spot on. I started craving Oreos when I was pregnant with Q and my love for them never went away. LOL.

Happy Spring <3
